One night deposit is needed to confirm any hotel booking. The whole stay has to be paid before April 20 to avoid cancellation of reservation.
Cancellation policy :
Cancellation before April 20: refund less 10% (administrative charge). Cancellation from April 20: no refund will be given. Name changes will be accepted before May 15.
No-Shows at the congress will be charged the full fee. Refund will be processed until end of September 2019. One night deposit needed to confirm any hotel booking.
