Booking and Cancellation Policy:

One-night deposit is compulsory to secure any room booking.

The whole stay has to be paid before May 4^.

Name changes are possible until May 29.

Partial cancellations are possible up to May 4 and will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. A partial cancellation cannot exceed 30% of the initial booking. Thereafter, no cancellation is allowed.

Total cancellations are possible until 60 days before the congress and will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
